R.Drakšas Lawyer‘s  Office established in 1997

 

The Lawyer of the Office is a professor of Mykolas Romeris University Faculty of Law; he improved his knowledge at Aachen Court (Germany). In 2002, Lawyer Romualdas Drakšas was conferred with a degree of Doctor of Jurisprudence. In 2003, his monograph „Death Penalty. The Situation and the Perspectives“ had been published.
The Lawyer takes an active part in a development of projects of legal norms of Republic of Lithuania of various character. An example of these activities is a participation  in the working group engaged in development of the Commentary for the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
